MSECB POLICY REGARDING CANADIAN ECONOMIC SANCTIONS
In order to be compliant with Canadian Economic Sanctions, MSECB cannot directly or indirectly conduct financial transactions, nor get involved in providing services to individuals and entities restricted by Canadian Economic Sanctions.

Our Website may accept online payments. Clients can pay for our services through PayPal and Credit Card options depending on the country of residence. MSECB holds itself not liable to payments processed via PayPal or any other payment gateways used on our website for payments including but not limited to application for certification, exam fees, annual maintenance fees, exam re-scheduling, etc.
We are aware of the importance in ensuring a secure online shopping experience, for which reason we use reliable third-party service providers such as PayPal and other payment gateways. To this end, we use the SSL Certificate from reliable third party service provider to secure your personal information. The SSL Certificate confirms that MSECB has been assessed to have installed the highest standard of Internet Security available to commercial industries. Whatever page you visit in our Website, including a payment process or login/sign-up pages, you will see a green-colored address bar. If you click this field you will be able to view information regarding the SSL Certificate and confirm the issuing body. We use the TLS1.2 for data in transport.
TERMINATION OF USE
MSECB may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the MSECB Website, including, but not limited to any bulletin boards on its site, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this agreement.
