Eric Lessard
Chief Executive Officer
With more than 35 years of experience in various industries covering sales & operations management, consulting, training, and auditing; Eric has held senior roles in well-known world class organization such as McKesson, Adidas Group, and L’Oréal.
In 2009, he joined Kéréon, a Quebec Canada based leading cybersecurity training and consulting firm, eventually becoming president of the company in 2014, which lead to his involvement with the PECB brand for the North America market and ultimately moving towards the MSECB leadership in 2020.
Over the years, he has built up an in-depth knowledge into business practices of top 50 corporations and smaller businesses alike worldwide.
With his combined set of skills and his business background, Eric is leading MSECB to help organizations take on today’s technical and regulatory compliance challenges with the constant objective for our clients to experience an outstanding customer experience delivered by our global team of expert auditors, making MSECB one of the fastest growing certification body worldwide with certified customers in over 80 countries.
Scott Deeley
Chief Executive Officer - Americas
Commencing his professional journey as a plane pilot, Scott established a successful aviation school called the Academy of Aviation. He then founded Questzones Inc., an enterprise specializing in internet connectivity and security. He formed strategic partnerships with major communication corporations in Canada, the US, and Europe, finally expanding operations to Ireland. His involvement with the investment group Thornhill Capital was crucial in strategically restructuring business acquisitions.
Scott has held interim CEO positions at Kolostat, SC360, SF Tech, and DeSousa, and has provided advisory services to the group. Recent investment activities have brought Scott to India, where he is actively involved with Karuncan, a company deeply involved in AI initiatives. Furthermore, the operations of Deeley Investments, overseen by Scott, remain vital to these pursuits.
Scott’s experience in business growth and acquisitions will further expand customer reach for MSECB in the Americas Region.
Nick Hundozi
Senior Business & Operations Director
Nick is responsible for controlling and directing the operations of MSECB to ensure it achieves its goals and objectives.
In his role as Business and Operations Director, Nick oversees the organizational efforts and strategic projects of all departments within MSECB to ensure they are aligned with the mission and vision of the company. He is committed to building and developing high-performing teams that are aligned with the MSECB’s ICARE values.
With his 10+ years’ experience in the audit and certification industry, during which he held different positions related to Business Development, Compliance, and Operations, Nick has been a substantial part of the growth and establishment of MSECB as a trusted certification body. He is continuing to seek new and innovative ways for the company to improve operations, increase productivity, and enhance the customer experience.

Karine Bisson
Finance & Special Projects Director
Karine Bisson is responsible for managing and overseeing all finance tasks and activities of MSECB to guarantee that those are being performed in accordance with the standards against which MSECB is accredited. She is also responsible for planning, organizing, heading, and controlling special projects.
Her diverse experience, from 5-star hotel management to logistics and supply chain management, has allowed her to transfer her knowledge from one industry to the other and excel at each of them. She specializes in making business processes more efficient while maintaining high standards.
Ms. Bisson graduated from HEC Montreal and holds different professional credentials in finance, management, and continuous improvement.

Esat Sahiti
Director - Global Partnerships
Esat is responsible for overseeing the commercial activities within MSECB. His main responsibility is ensuring that the activities performed within the MSECB Commercial Department are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner, as well as guaranteeing compliance with corporate values.
In his role as Director - Global Partnerships, Esat is constantly engaged in developing strategic campaigns in a variety of industry sectors. Together with his dedicated and skilled team of professionals, Esat is persistent in building long-term partnerships and strives to offer the best services to the end clients.
His experience in sales, marketing, business development, and process improvement enables him to design creative and effective strategic plans to drive MSECB to become a global benchmark in the management systems certification industry.
He is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, Esat is also pursuing his MBA degree at the South East Europe University in North Macedonia. He also holds credentials in Information Security, Quality Management, and Advanced Auditing Techniques.

Mustafë Bislimi
Sales Director
As the Sales Director at MSECB, Mustafë plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and expansion. With over 25 years of experience with diverse, multicultural teams in various industries and more than 10 years specifically in sales and business development, he brings a wealth of expertise to the team.
His career spans across multiple sectors, where he has consistently demonstrated the ability to develop and implement sales strategies that lead to increased market share and revenue growth. Before joining MSECB, he held a senior sales position, where he was responsible for leading high-performing teams and achieving significant business milestones.
At MSECB, Mustafë oversees global sales operations, ensuring that the company’s sales efforts align with its strategic goals. He is dedicated to building strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners, focusing on delivering exceptional value and fostering trust. His leadership is instrumental in driving MSECB’s mission to be a leading global certification body.
Mustafë, with a Master's degree in Engineering, holds several management system credentials, which enhance his ability to navigate complex sales environments and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
Dren Krasniqi
Senior Compliance Manager
Dren is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire compliance operations for ISO/IEC 17021 and ISO/IEC 17065. Dren’s main responsibilities are to ensure that the activities performed within the company are fully compliant with the accreditation requirements, clients’ demands, and corporate values.
In his role, Dren is responsible for establishing direction, coordinating activities, and ensuring that the department is functioning accordingly and meeting its goals and objectives. He manages the MS Audit and Certification processes as part of the accreditation against ISO/IEC 17021, including the Auditor Certification Program. In addition, Dren is responsible for managing certification schemes developed under ISO/IEC 17065 requirements.
He also holds different credentials in Quality Management, Information Security, Business Continuity, Risk Management, and Anti-Bribery.

Veton Beqaj
Customer Excellence & Special Projects Manager
Veton is the Customer Excellence & Special Projects Manager at MSECB, where he is dedicated to ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and leading key strategic initiatives. In this role, Veton drives cross-functional projects and aligns operations across departments to ensure MSECB consistently meets its goals for service excellence and certification quality.
Veton’s journey with MSECB began as an MS Certification Coordinator, where he was instrumental in managing the certification process—from coordinating audit mandates to facilitating communication between clients and auditors. His deep expertise in compliance operations and certification procedures has made him a trusted leader within MSECB, playing a key role in upholding the organization’s mission and high standards.
In addition to his work at MSECB, Veton brings entrepreneurial experience from co-owning an accounting firm, consulting SMEs under various UNDP programs and previously managing an agricultural business, showcasing his versatility in key business functions.
Veton holds a bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, and Accounting from “Hasan Prishtina” University and has earned several certifications in ISO standards and management systems auditing. Veton is committed to driving MSECB’s growth and fostering innovation in the certification industry.

Vita Rexhepi
Marketing Manager
Vita Rexhepi oversees and executes the marketing strategies at MSECB, ensuring that every initiative is aligned with a customer-first approach. Her expertise in digital marketing and cross-channel communication is deeply rooted in a commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of MSECB’s clients.
Vita has played a key role in enhancing MSECB’s brand presence and solidifying its reputation as a trusted certification body. She leads a dynamic marketing team, guiding innovative, data-driven campaigns that support the organization’s strategic objectives. Her ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies has been essential to MSECB’s growth, focusing on delivering real value to customers.
With a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing and Social Media, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies (Finance and Accounting) from the University of Sheffield, Vita combines creative marketing expertise with solid business strategy. Her commitment to professional growth is evident through ISO certifications and advanced marketing techniques

Danny Kroo
Danny Kroo is a Canadian quality management systems consultant with over 34 years’ experience specializing in the medical device and aerospace industries.
Mr. Kroo received a Bachelor of Engineering from Concordia University and a Diploma in Management from McGill University.
He is an Affiliate Member of the Biomedical Engineering department at McGill University and a lecturer for the graduate course entitled “Medical Device Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management.”
Mr. Kroo also serves as an external resource for several auditing organizations and certification bodies, and he consults extensively on quality systems and regulatory services.
He works primarily with aerospace, medical devices, and general manufacturing services companies in order to optimize and improve their quality systems.
Mr. Kroo speaks English and French and has expertise with ISO 13485, MDSAP, CE Marking (Medical Device Regulations), AS9100, AS9120, and ISO 9001.
John DiMaria
John DiMaria; CSSBB, HISP, MHISP, AMBCI, CERP, is the STAR Program Director and Research Fellow with the Cloud Security Alliance. He has 30 years of experience in standards and management system development, including Information Systems, Business Continuity, and Quality.
Mr. DiMaria was one of the innovators and co-founders of the CSA STAR program for cloud providers. He is a contributing author of the American Bar Association’s Cybersecurity Handbook, a working group member, and a key contributor to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. He currently manages all facets of the CSA STAR Program, which includes security, privacy, continuous monitoring, customer technical support, and the development of new solutions.
Jim Moran
Jim Moran, M.A.Ed., MSP (Management System Professional), has been teaching business professionals since 1977. He has implemented ISO Standards since 1992 with Fortune 500 companies, small to medium-sized businesses, and the Federal Governments of Canada and Africa. Furthermore, since 1996, he has been training auditors.
He is the president of Simplify ISO Inc. and The Learning Alliance and has founded the International Management System Institute to offer a “beyond ISO” development program for Management System practitioners.
Mr. Moran served on PC 280 to create ISO 20700:2017 Guidelines for management consultancy services, a standard published as a guideline for people or organizations in the assessment of management consulting services. He is a valuable member of the MSECB Impartiality, Ethics, and Appeal Committee.

Technical Committee
Anders Carlstedt
Anders Carlstedt has worked in information security and risk management since the 1990s, serving as a country and regional practice leader in audit and consulting for firms such as Coopers & Lybrand, PwC, Andersen, Deloitte, and Accenture. He is widely regarded as the architect of the ISO/IEC 27008 standard, which instructs auditors on how to audit information security controls. He has been actively involved directly in the development of the ISO/IEC 27000 series in key roles, such as international project manager and editor for three out of the eight fundamental standards on Information Security Management. In this capacity, Mr. Carlstedt is also currently co-editing the future ISO/IEC 27100 on Cyber Security Frameworks.
Additionally, he is also the CEO of Parabellum CyberSecurity Group, a company specializing in advanced Information Security and Risk Management services.
Mr. Carlstedt has solid experience in the development, use, and audit of ISO standards within a number of industries, ranging from start-ups to well-established multinational organizations.

Graeme Parker
Graeme Parker is a Technology, Security, and Risk Management professional with highly valuable business and technical skills obtained in high-profile private and public sector organizations.
Mr. Parker has proven experience working with multiple management systems and risk management frameworks covering information and cyber security, privacy, and business continuity. His main focus is to ensure that technology and security deliver business benefits and are aligned with business strategy. He is a firm believer that technology should effectively address real business risk and opportunity and should lead to positive change, adding real value. Graeme has a real interest in emerging and bleeding-edge technologies and how they can deliver real value while also addressing potential security and privacy concerns.
In addition, Mr. Parker has led multiple projects and audits covering standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO 22301, Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Cloud Security Alliance Security Trust and Assurance Register (CSA STAR), and Service Organization Controls (SOC2). He has a strong understanding of standards and how they can be used interchangeably to manage risk in an efficient and pragmatic way.
Mr. Parker has international experience, having delivered projects and audits in over twenty-five countries worldwide.
Marisol Valenzuela
Marisol Valenzuela is president of INTIQ Solutions, an authorized partner of MSECB as well as a Platinum Partner of PECB, providing a full breadth of certification services around globally recognized business standards, including ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management Systems) and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management Systems).
She previously served as a U.S. technical expert to International Organization for Standardization Technical Committee 176 (ISO TC 176), charged with maintaining the ISO 9000 family of quality management system standards. She has more than 25 years of experience in the field of management systems and has served on both the national and international committees responsible for translating key management system standards into Spanish.
In addition to her technical work, Ms. Valenzuela has held senior business development positions with some of the world’s largest management system certification bodies. She is a former director of the International Accreditation Registry (IAR) of the American Welding Society (AWS). She represented the organization at both the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC). She is also a former director of the International Auditor and Training Certification Association (IATCA). Moreover, Ms. Valenzuela is a qualified MSECB third-party auditor and an approved PECB trainer.
